About us
We are a small non profit organization committing to creat a meaningful work opportunities for young adults on the autism spectrum by fostering an inclusive, supportive, and skill-focused work environment and giving them the real-world work experience.
Because of behavioral challenges and other sensory needs our son has difficulty in adjusting to the real work place environment. Even though he has the skill to learn so many things , bcoz of the environmental challenges he end up staying at home. There are many kids like my son that are wasting their talents and end up staying home doing nothing.
That’s the reason we thought of creating a workplace for our kids who can learn new things and keep them occupied and engaged. It not only engage their time it also gives confidence and happiness in what they are doing. It is also a wonderful opportunity for them to be a part of the community.
We believe that every person has unique strengths, and our goal is to help young adults with autism turn their abilities into rewarding careers.
